This module focuses on how to eat for weight loss. How to avoid nutritional deficiencies, how and why not to fall into extreme dieting.
Module 5: Training & activity
This module will cover all the important information about physical activity. I will explain which types are best for weight loss and provide you the optimal training plan.
Module 6: Summary & bonus
This module will summarize all the information, as well as provide you strategies how you can implement it into your family.

It’s a very unique concept that you will not get anywhere else. 360 degree approach covering all aspects of your health (body and mind) through acupuncture, sports, nutrition and life coaching. This was a great “kick in the butt” to start taking care of myself from the inside out.
