We will aim for a loss of weight at a safe rate (0.5-1 kg/week). The goal is to change eating habits and not feel hungry or deprived. We will teach you to manage your lifestyle on your own at the end of our coaching period.
Sports Nutrition
Athletes in different sports have different dietary requirements. A runner cannot eat the same diet as a strength athlete. If you are looking to move to the next level of your performance, you must have an adapted diet.
Muscle Gain Nutrition
For advanced gym-goers who want to shred and build muscle mass. If you want your body to be perfectly defined, your diet needs to be perfect as well. We will evaluate and create an eating plan for your personal goals.

What is the difference between Dietician and Nutritionist?
While two professions share the same objectives – helping people be healthy in their bodies.
A dietician is often more like a medical doctor, often specializing in addressing certain medical conditions through diet.
Nutritionist, on the other hand, is a professional who works with supporting people in their health goals before medical condition comes up: lifestyle, general overweight conditions that has no medical issues behinds it. Nutritionists are often sports people, who are passionate about helping people be in the best shape and health. If you have no medical history – you should look for a nutritionist; otherwise, you would need to look for a dietician. Often medical doctors will send patients to dieticians, as knowledge about a medical conditions is required.
Can I lose weight without doing sports?
The short answer is yes. The longer answer will be: Yes, but at some point, you will reach the plateau. 3 Components of a good lifestyle are a balanced diet, active lifestyle, and hydration. Only by combining these 3 factors, you will achieve optimal progress on the way to your ideal weight. Just consuming a minimal amount of calories during the day is not healthy and will leave you tired.
If I do not suffer or enter starvation it means the diet is not going to work

A similar tendency I see in some of my clients, who think that if they are not hungry on a diet, they must be doing something wrong. I will always aim to choose the most comfortable way of losing weight for you – weight loss – does not mean undereating. I will create for you a healthy calorie deficit diet, that will help you gradually lose extra kilos and when you reach the optimal weight, your task will be eating the right amount of calories, having a variety of foods, and watching your macronutrient split.
