Olga and Olivier’s approach is unique. My aim was to get back in shape physically which also included losing weight. I was taught how to eat... healthily and certainly not restrictively. Olga opened my eyes to the fact that adopting a healthy lifestyle for life and not just for a few months was an added value. It's a very unique concept that you will not get anywhere else. 360 degree approach covering all aspects of your health (body and mind) through... acupuncture, sports, nutrition and life coaching. This was a great "kick in the butt" to start taking care of myself from the inside out. It is up to oneself to keep it going and take the wonderful advice given to us by TheHealthCoaching but, they remain available even after your sessions are done. It's a real support that makes you feel stronger and simply, understood.Olivier is not only a great professional, he also is a great guy who genuinely cares about his clients. I recommend his services to anyone who needs support in getting their lives back on track. I was recommended to The Health Coaching by a colleague while going through a particularly stressful time and it was by far one of my the best... decisions of my life!I knew what my end goal had to be and what I needed to live with less stress and be overall more content, I simply didn’t know how do do it for myself and how to get there.Olivier was very kind and took everything I had to say onboard. He then set up a personal program designed for me that would assist me in reaching my goal.This included ;Nutrition, Fitness, Acupuncture and general life coaching.He was with me every step of the way, he made me feel really comfortable and talked me through my endless questions.He made me accountable for the changes I wanted to see and helped me better achieve what I had set out to do and then some!With the help of Olivier I was able to change the course of my life, reset new targets and gain a better understanding of what I truly wanted and how to achieve it in such a short amount of time.Simply put, I came out armed to take on the world!I even partook in one of his cooking classes where we learned to prepare simple and healthy meals.
